My Tiny Troop will do its utmost to deliver the outfits/orders as soon as possible. Our ready outfits are usually shipped within 7-10 working days, whereas, our pre-order/customised outfits are shipped within 10-15 working days. We can often ship your order earlier.

If you are in a hurry to receive the order, please do let us know by sending an email at so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Cancellation of order cannot be done after that as everything is made to order.

Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:

1. Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.

2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.

3. There will be “No Exchange/Return & No Refund” for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever.

Please Note: Amount will be refunded to your bank account only in case of  damaged/defective product.

1. By sending email on with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 1 day of delivery.

  • Product must be Unused / Unwashed and with all the labels and tags intact.
  • If this condition is not fulfilled then the amount will not be refunded and product will be sent back to customer.

Shipping (₹ 100)  & Return Courier Charge will not be Refunded On Refund Amount.
₹ 100 Processing and handling charges will be deducted from return orders.
